Story
The Beginning
Our story begins on March 29, 2006, in a
small coworking room. It was then that a group
of doctors approached us with the request
to develop high-quality products capable
of meeting the needs of the medical sector.
Starting as a startup, we invested two years
to turn our vision into a concrete reality.
MARCH 2006
Our First Product
On December 19, 2008, just before the
holiday season, we launched our first product:
bags compliant with European regulations
on the "Blood Law." At that time, there was
a need for a product that offered a winning
combination of high quality and affordable
prices. The initial sales marked the beginning
of our mission: providing revolutionary health
solutions for everyone.
DECEMBER 2008
The First Secure Device
In this period of intense growth, the creation of COL® stands out, representing the "symbol" of Biomed Device®'s spirit and soul. After an initial phase of stagnation and the temptation to abandon the project, we overcame challenges with stubborn determination, giving life to the first secure device for the correct and autonomous administration of care products for patients with eye issues. From this moment, our philosophy has been never to abandon a product to its fate. We continually seek improvements based on user feedback, including input from doctors, patients, distributors, and the entire supply chain.
2009
New Headquarter
After hiring Loredana, the first employee of Biomed Device®, in 2010, we moved to a new headquarter and hired two more individuals for the management and sales department.
EARLY 2010
We Moved To Modena
Spring of 2013 brings a breath of fresh air: we moved to Via Vittorio Bottego in Modena, into a facility with 300 square meters of warehouse and 300 square meters of offices, while expanding the team with the addition of two more people. Meanwhile, our product range continues to expand, focusing not only on stem cells but also on tissue reconstruction.

Unstoppable Growth
Seven years marked by unstoppable growth, both in terms of personnel and revenue, fully lived. Emotional drive has been crucial in our journey. People have always been at the center of our business, dedicating time and energy to create products that have a direct and positive impact on people's lives.
FROM 2014 TO 2021
Relocation Completed
Following a 13% revenue growth, in March, we completed the relocation to our current headquarters, a facility with a total of 1250 square meters. Simultaneously, a new specialist in Research and Development joined the company. Today, our team consists of 14 passionate minds. We don't just provide solutions; we contribute to the common well-being, helping patients recover their health in record time. Our mission is driven by the awareness that, through our innovation, we can truly make a difference in people's lives.

From the past use of non-recyclable PETG plastic, we now move towards the future by adopting polystyrene, a completely recyclable material. This change is not just an evolution of our materials but a decisive step towards more eco-friendly production.

Our corporate philosophy is reflected in our attention to detail, including how we package our products. We are redesigning die-cutting forms to create a new packaging, eliminating unnecessary spaces in the cardboard. This optimization not only reduces waste but also makes our products lighter, contributing to an overall lower environmental impact.
Solar
Energy
Our energy comes from the sunlight, with the implementation of 20 kW of solar panels. This choice is not just a matter of efficiency but a statement that demonstrates our commitment to reducing our carbon footprint and embracing renewable energy sources. Together, let’s build a greener tomorrow.
